Through extensive experience supporting Pharma with account and market access support, Res has developed a concise effective series of programmes to support pharma team performance. The programmes are tailored to optimising sales and market access and draw on Res experience working directly with NHS payer and HCP customers. The programme includes a range of optional modules including:

  • Initial training needs analysis and programme development with team to ensure content fits requirements
  • Assessment centre to provide benchmark of team performance against industry averages using Res competency framework
  • Development seminars focusing on key areas for improvement including account planning, customer access, working with payers, building value proposition narrative, use of data and managing customer initiatives
  • Elearning, which includes the suite of Res online learning modules around key topics such as NHS environment insights
  • Webinars which provide opportunity for interim review of progress and problem solving

The Res programmes utilise actual NHS customers including payers as part of the role play and insights opportunities for teams throughout the programme.
